This weekend is your ONE AND ONLY chance to catch the Barnstaple senior squad lighting up Pottington Road at home before the real drama begins! Both the Chiefs and Athletic are locking horns with Old Albanians, and you know it’s going to be epic. Kick-off is 2:30 PM, entry is FREE, and the only thing you’ll need to budget for is beer money (priorities, right?).
But wait—there’s more! The pre-season party isn’t over yet:
Athletic are heading to Tiverton on Friday the 29th (7:30 PM KO)—perfect for those who like their rugby under the lights!
Chiefs wrap things up at Exmouth on Saturday the 30th (2 PM KO)—one last warm-up before the big dance!
Then the season PROPER kicks off on Saturday, September 6th at Pottington Road, when the Chiefs host Old Redcliffians, kick off is 2:30 PM. Cue the roaring crowds, the nail-biting tension, and the glory!
Oh, and for the early birds—don’t miss the Barnstaple Colts in action against Christchurch & Sidcup Grammar School on Tuesday the 19th at 6 PM. Future stars in the making, right there!
